In response to recent revisions to the Ministry of Education’s Curriculum Guidelines, along with the growing interest in both active learning and in reeducation and re-learning, we have released a new educational resource titled “JACAR Learning.”
　Clicking on any of the six themes on the home page will display the corresponding chronology page. The chronologies are divided into four categories—“Domestic Developments,” “Foreign Relations,” “Neighboring Regions,” and “Global Developments”—and are designed to help users grasp the flow of history.

　Clicking on an entry marked with an ⓘ symbol in the chronology will display a terminology page. On the terminology page, you can view explanations and a guide on secondary use, as well as related document images and texts.
　Please note that the explanations of terms are provided with reference to descriptions in textbooks and other sources to assist students of history; they do not represent the position or interpretation of the Japanese government.
