Lushun Civilian Affairs Office

Commentary	旅順における地方行政・殖産・土木・警察・衛生・租税に関する事務を管掌した部署。1906年9月1日の「関東都督府令第2号」により設置。旅順民政署には庶務課、警務課、財務課が置かれた。1919（大正8）年4月に関東都督府が廃止され関東庁が設置されると、旅順民政署も関東庁管轄下に引き継がれた。
