Commentary	終戦連絡中央事務局第三部の下部機関。1945年10月1日の官制改正（勅令550号）により設けられ、海運・港湾・航空・気象に関する事務を掌るとされ（「終戦連絡中央事務局分課規定」第11条、1946年3月15日改正）、主に引揚船の手配や入港等に伴う連絡・折衝を担当した。1946年4月1日の官制改正（勅令第199号）により、交通部海運課に改称され、業務が継承された。
